With a written financial plan, you can focus on the important issues that affect you and your family. It is a road map for your finances. Areas covered in the plan may include all or some of the following:
* Net Worth Statement
* Future Value of Assets Analysis
* Retirement Income Analysis
* Asset Allocation Model
* Education Funding Analysis
* Lump Sum Versus Rollover Analysis
* Estate Plan Analysis
* Insurance Needs Analysis
* Suitablity of Current Investments
* and Current Fund Comparisons
At Brookstreet Securities Corporation, you will be assigned a personal financial planner who will guide you through the process. Your plan will be completed by a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor who is also licensed in the fields of Securities and Insurance. Your planner will help you focus on the important issues, provide a dispassionate viewpoint, and follow through once it is complete. We help you develop goals and can help motivate you toward completion of the plan. Although the process requires detailed numbers, in many cases we can take the time consuming and tedious burden off your back to ensure a workable plan. It is important that the numbers are organized and assigned to the proper areas of your life. It is our job to determine the correct assignements for such numbers, you only have to give us the data requested. Also, you will not be asked to learn any financial planning terminology, although we will be happy to educate you when we review the completed plan.
All plans are presented in a leather bound binder. Annual updates are available and recommended.
There is no obligation to transfer assets, although we can assist you with this if requested. Our goal is to provide you with a workable plan. It can represent your financial road map and / or a second opinion to your current strategy. All information will be held confidential and will not be shared with any person or entity outside of Brookstreet Securities Corporation.
